A Preconstruction Manager Will Be: A Preconstruction Manager will be leading the preparation, submission, and negotiation of bids for luxury fit-out projects. A Preconstruction Manager will be acting as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and key stakeholders. A Preconstruction Manager will be developing competitive bid strategies and ensuring high-quality, compelling proposals. A Preconstruction Manager will be overseeing the transition from preconstruction to project execution, ensuring alignment.
